Delete your Mindeze account
Mindeze lets you create an account in the mobile app. You can also request deletion of your account and the personal information associated with it using any of the options below. You do not need to contact support to delete your account if you still have access to the app.
Option 1: Delete in the Mindeze app (recommended)
- Open the Mindeze app on your phone and sign in.
- Go to Settings (bottom navigation).
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Read the confirmation, tap Continue, then type DELETE and confirm.
Deletion starts immediately. Your profile, links, and app access are removed. This cannot be undone.
Option 2: Email request
If you cannot access the app, email webcontact@mindeze.com from the address registered on your Mindeze account. Use the subject line Account deletion and include the email on your account so we can verify your identity.
Option 3: Website contact form
Use the contact form on our home page. State that you want your Mindeze account deleted and include the email address registered on your account.
What happens after you request deletion
- We verify your request when required by law.
- We delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account within a reasonable period (typically within thirty (30) days), except where limited data must be kept for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
- Linked family accounts. Deleting your account may affect adult-child/parent links and coordination for your household. Other members’ accounts may remain active.
- Subscriptions. Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Deleting your Mindeze account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Cancel renewal in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. Cancelling a store subscription alone does not delete your Mindeze account.
