Do You Suffer From Needless Lack Of Self Confidence! ! |
||
Do you believe and have trust in yourself. Do you believe in your own abilities? Do you need constant outside approval from others? Do you find yourself having negative thoughts about yourself? Do you constantly ask yourself some of the following questions? “I can’t do anything right.” “I don’t like myself.” “Everything I try fails.” “I am afraid of what people think of me.” I will never be as good as what’s name.” “I am insignificant.” “No one takes notice what I say.” These and similar remarks come from persons who lack self confidence. They feel that everything they try is doomed to fail. Their lack of self confidence leads them to sit on their hands and to make no effort to improve themselves. And more importantly prevents them from enjoying life. Richard Link (Mindeze): "Where I am different from other mentors, therapists and others involved in helping people release their depression and other negative emotions – is firstly I myself suffered with severe depression. I am a natural therapist. I knew what to look for. I took the guess work out. To make it easy for you to beat depression and other negative emotions that may be plaguing you. I teach a variety of methods. You are shown how through self muscle testing, to laser in on the exact method that you need to use; to get relief and maximize your road to recovery quickly. I don’t know of anyone else that does this, they usually tell you to use only their technique and that’s it. But I don’t, with me you have a variety of options. Why? Simply, because one method may work one day then not the next. You have choices, the mind loves variety, you don’t get bored. And it was this that I found to be very powerful in my recovery; and so have hundreds of other people that have chosen to use my techniques." |

Snippet: How does a person get into such a frame of mind? There are many factors that can account for this very poor concept of self. Perhaps the rejection by the parents when they were growing up, Or to higher standards were set either by parents, other family members, friends, teachers and even self. In the end far too much was expected. Some examples; A good report card never brought a word of praise, but only a remainder that they could have done better. An older brother or sister may have been held up as an idea and all the younger one’s achievements compared unfavorably with their success. In the case of a son, perhaps the father always wanted to be a football player and never made it, but now is determined that his son must be a star football player! Maybe a mother who has been frustrated in her desires to be a concert pianist tries to drive her daughter to follow this career that she missed out on. Again, parents may have been over protective. Or the child was an unwanted baby which created financial hardship. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ |
